Meet the Woman Behind Conscious Uncoupling
Katherine Woodward Thomas is a globally recognized teacher, bestselling author, and pioneer in the field of conscious relationships. Her work has helped thousands transform heartbreak into healing and create loving, empowered lives.
Bio
Author. Teacher. Visionary in Transformational Love.
Katherine Woodward Thomas is one of the most trusted voices in personal transformation and conscious relationships today. As the creator of the Conscious Uncoupling process, she has revolutionized the way people navigate the end of relationships—offering a pathway to heal heartbreak, release resentment, and move forward with clarity, compassion, and empowerment.
But Katherine’s story began much like those she now helps. After experiencing her own painful breakup, she realized that there was no structured, loving path for people to end relationships with honor and healing. That insight sparked the creation of the Conscious Uncoupling method—first as a popular online course, then as a New York Times bestselling book, and now a global movement.
She is also the author of Calling in “The One”, her earlier bestseller, which has helped tens of thousands attract healthier, more soulful partnerships by first transforming their relationship with themselves.
A licensed marriage and family therapist and award-winning educator, Katherine has spent over 20 years working with individuals, couples, and communities to create relational wellbeing from the inside out. She has trained and certified thousands of coaches in her methods, and her work has been featured in The New York Times, Time, Oprah Daily, Marie Claire, and on national TV.
Katherine is the lead teacher of the True You Membership Program, and the creator of two transformational programs hosted by Mindvalley.
She brings a rare combination of psychological depth, spiritual insight, and practical tools, which makes her teachings not only deeply healing, but genuinely life-changing.
At the Conscious Uncoupling Retreat in Switzerland, Katherine will offer her signature five-step process in a live, intimate format—holding space for your personal transformation with the care, presence, and wisdom that have touched hearts around the world.
