Safe Harbor for Transition

Safe Harbour for Transition is a non-profit association based in Zurich, founded by a team of seven individuals from diverse professional backgrounds: coaches, creatives, strategists, communicators, and experts in personal growth.

Together we are building safe, high-quality spaces for people navigating life’s most challenging transitions such as separation with children, burnout, loss or the shift into retirement.

At the heart of our work is the belief that healing happens through connection to the body, to oneself and to others. We combine trauma-informed coaching, breathwork, movement and group practices with thoughtful program design and a strong sense of community.

    Julia Hegnauer is a strategist with a background in business development. She supports founders navigating shifts in life and work, seeking purpose-driven clarity, and building community-driven or health-focused models. She brings structure to vision for impactful business ideas.

    Infrastructure & Program

    Remo curates dance events that invite people into inner freedom and authentic connection. As the mind behind logistics and side programs, he is driven by a deep passion for heart-based spaces. His intuitive sense for what a group needs makes him a natural host and co-creator.

    Fundraising & Initiation

    Leo has a background in Law & Economics and is a serial impact entrepreneur focused on climate and innovation. Over the past 15 years, he has held various leadership and board roles in the sustainability and regenerative economy space. He is currently navigating his own uncoupling process as a father of two daughters.

    Project Coordination & Communications

    Chloé is a certified ICF coach, meditation guide, and facilitator based in Basel, Switzerland. Formerly Head of People in a San Francisco startup, she blends coaching, somatics, and tantric practices. Raised between cultures, she supports life transitions with mindfulness, embodiment, and deep intercultural insight.

    Dedicated to empowering youth, Silvio facilitates crucial dialogues on masculinity, guiding their path to self-awareness and well-being. This commitment to positive impact also shapes his self-employed gastronomy, where he crafts vibrant, health-focused vegan cuisine designed to nourish body and mind.

    Lubomir blends a deep background in the tech industry with a passion for conscious living and community. With decades of experience, he now channels his energy into creating spaces for connection, introspection, and transformation. A dedicated yoga and meditation practitioner, he supports and co-facilitates workshops and gatherings rooted in self-discovery and growth.
